Dr. Sadaf Ishaque is an internationally trained Breast Surgeon & Oncoplastic Surgeon with over 10 years of experience in breast surgery, breast cancer management, and oncoplastic reconstruction. Holding FCPS (Surgery) and FACS (USA), she has received advanced international training through Johns Hopkins Medical International, Northwestern University (Chicago), and the IVLP Global Health Equity Program (USA).

She currently serves as the Director of the Breast Center at Shalamar Hospital, where she established Punjab's first hospital-integrated Breast Cancer Survivorship Program, nurse navigator training pathway, breast patient-tracking IT system, and community-centered support initiatives to improve breast cancer care.
