Returning back to Pakistan Dr Imran Salim Malik has been performing various surgeries including knee and hip replacement, spinal surgery, minimally invasive surgeries involving long bone fractures and clavicle fixation, arthroscopic surgery (key-hole surgery) and ACL reconstruction with excellent results. 

The other areas he specializes in and manages are patients with lower and upper back pains including neck problems, shoulder pain, sciatica pain, knee pain, infected non-united fractures, and a wide variety of other miscellaneous Orthopaedic problems.
